Bountiful Bees Summer Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Bountiful Bees and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

  2. Entry Requirements

    • To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:
      1. Like the giveaway post.
      2. Comment on the post telling us what their favourite thing to do during the summer holidays is.
      3. Like the Bountiful Bees Facebook page.
    • Only one entry per person. Completing all three steps counts as one entry.

  3. Duration

    • The giveaway will run from the date of the post until 23:59 BST on 15th September 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

  4. Prizes

    • Main Prize: The winner will receive a jar of freshly harvested honey and a beeswax candle of their choice.
    • Additional Prizes: For every 100 entries, additional prizes will be unlocked, up to a maximum of three total prizes. These additional prizes will be:
      1. A squeezable bottle of Honey
      2. £10 Bountiful Bees Gift Card 
    • The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
    • The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  5. Winner Selection

    • Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received.
    • Winners will be announced on 21st September 2024 via a post on the Bountiful Bees Facebook page.
    • Winners will have 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Bountiful Bees reserves the right to select a new winner.

  6. Data Protection and Publicity

    • Bountiful Bees will only use the winner’s contact details for the purpose of administering this giveaway and delivering the prize.
    • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name in any publicity material related to the competition.

  7. General

    • Bountiful Bees reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
    • Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Bountiful Bees.
    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
    • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  8. Governing Law

    • The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
